Winner Alright – Garda & Lucan lady Rebecca Daly is the Coast Best Dressed Lady today!

Day two of the Punchestown Races got off to a drizzly start but that was no issue to the hundreds of stylish ladies in attendance with their eye on the ‘’Best Dressed’’ prize. Judges Xpose’s Aisling O’Loughlin and her former colleague Lorraine Keane were keeping an eye out for an elegant, sophisticated dresser who prepared for all weather conditions, looking equally stylish with or without an overcoat.

Whilst the overall look would earn the lucky lady today’s prize of 1000 euro to spend in Coast, Lorraine stressed that the finishing details were of high importance, commenting “I really wanted to find a winner today who represented Coast by being sophisticated, elegant, stylish – and someone who had a hat or a hatinator on their head! Footwear is also a big one for me, and in Rebecca we found someone dressed from head to toe beautifully!”

The overall winner today was Garda Rebecca Daly from Lucan, who was spotted by the judges whilst dining in the Longford GAA Pavilion. She wore a monochrome striped Coast dress under a H&M cropped jacket, a Chloe bag, a Jasper Conran headpiece, borrowed red shoes and black gloves from Clerys. Along with her 1000 euro voucher, Rebecca received a goody bag and a place in Friday’s Grand Final, competing for the prize of a shopping trip to New York, London and Madrid with 1000euro to spend in Coast in each city.

If you fancy your chances at the big prize, don your gladrags and get down to Punchestown tomorrow where the judges of the Best Dressed Lady competition are TV3 Ireland AM’s Sinéad Desmond, fashion editor Bairbre Power and TV personality Jenny Buckley.
